I'm a small business owner who is worried about survival. I put PayPal on my website to give customers an option when they ordered online and did curbside pickup. I do not ship product. All 57 transactions are now on hold for 180 days. No way to contact. No person to call. No chat option. Nothing. This is shameful. I'm a small business struggling to survive. I'm a seasonal business who needs my Easter revenue to sustain me through the summer. Why is PayPal holding my funds hostage? Please... please... please... someone help me. I'm crying over this.
