I must be missing something as i have done this before. I have an awkward customer who is now sending back an item that is opened and used and now has now value at all. It was automatically accepted by Ebay which is ridiculous on it's own. IN the past, Paypal have paid the customer but also refunded us after i complain. Going to the resolution centre though does not allow me to create a case. Am i missing something? Kind regards Paul
