I have posted a help issue on the message centre almost a month ago and no response - account is limited and PayPal doing nothing about it.
Very bad service covered by Covid situation is nonsense when an account is limited.
Immediate action required urgently.

I sent a message to PayPal Support on 21 April and no reply yet (8 days) and I understand their support is very busy but I wonder how they are prioritising tickets. I would have though "Limitation" issues would be resolved as a priority. Hopefully, they will get to me soon.
