I was wondering, do they allow people to have bridge like accounts? I wish to make a paypal account that doesn't have a checking account linked to it but will send it's proceeds to a paypal account that does have a checking account. Do they allow a account that doesn't have a checking account linked to it to receive and send money to other paypal accounts?
