Our business account has a 180 day limitation due to suspicious activity. Our activities were far from suspicious or fraudulent. I have emailed PayPal for the past 30 days to explain and try to get the account unblocked as we have suppliers to pay. I have also got an email from all of the clients who paid into our account to confirm there was no fraudulent activity, which I have forwarded on to PayPal. I get the same generic replies every time. We are all in this global pandemic together and we would hope, large platforms like PayPal, would be able to support businesses and not hinder them. Has anyone else experienced this issue and how do you resolve it?
