Hello people I recently lodged a dispute well when I say recently it has been since March 8th I provided tracking info on the 25th of march to send the item from Australia to China which was accepted and the dispute/refund was waiting on the item to arrive which thru the tracking info it hasn't yet. Today I get told that the dispute is closed because I haven't provided a valid tracking number a whole month after I get an email confirming that i have provided a valid tracking number and lodging and having accepted a refund of the tracking from PayPal with the same tracking number. So my question is how do I get this reviewed or answered to I got **bleep** by a defective item which lost me far more than the cost of the item and now seemingly I have no recourse to get my refund and the seller has already proven to not be forth coming with a refund as we discussed it thru ebay first and we come to an agreement on compensation for which they didnt pay.
