I have had a case i raised closed as the seller has provided a tracking number, the problem is that the item i recieved under that tracking number was not the item I ordered. And had a fraction of the value. Paypal has closed the case becuase they have a valid tracking number that was delivered, however that does not prove thatthe right item was delivered and I can not seemto re-open a case with paypal, or find anyone to actually speak to or even email! Has anyone had the same?
