I feel for you! I finally got a message through the message center today. My account was restored. When I logged into PayPal the limitations were taken off however I tried sending money out and it would be declined everytime! I was able to remove my bank account and credit cards because while my account was limited I couldn't do that! Now I kept getting error messages of every kind and I will never use PayPal again. That was a terrible experience! I would go to messages and type in your message. They should get back to you eventually and if it were me I would get my banking information out of there! This is exactly what has happened to me. My account is locked. I sent the information they requested and can not get into my account now because of the limitations! Very frustrating and ALL DAY trying to get help. I am ready to close my account and delete my cards and bank information but PayPal will not let me do this! No messages back, can not reach on the phone and messaged them and got "Cannot retrieve information"! UNBELIEVABLE!
