Good day @digixess,   Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.   Unfortunately, Guest payment checkout(i.e payment via credit/debit without PayPal account) feature is not available for all Customers/Buyers.  It's important to remember that guest checkout is not guaranteed for every transaction. To receive guest checkout payments : Enable the PayPal Account Optional option in your account settings. Login PayPal.com >> Settings >> Account settings >> Website payments >> Website preferences >> PayPal Account Optional >> toggle "yes" . If your website(built via third party platform) processing payments via "Express Checkout" integration, I request to please contact your website developer (or) support of your third-party platform to pass the variables "SOLUTIONTYPE=Sole" and "LANDINGPAGE=BILLING" in the SetExpressCheckout payment API request call to make sure guest checkout is offered as often as possible. Good day @BDIXON_RV,   Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.   Once the payment processed successfully(Capture API returns success/completed), PayPal system will trigger payment email notifications to both customer/buyer and merchant/seller.    Please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request. Good day @Eventually127,   Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.   By default, you accept payments from encrypted and unencrypted buttons. For additional security, you can prevent buyers from sending payments to you through unencrypted buttons. After you change this setting, we reject payments from your buyers who click an unencrypted Buy Now button, an unencrypted Donation button, or an unencrypted Subscription button.  If you previously blocked payments from unencrypted buttons, here’s how to accept all payments: Login PayPal.com > Settings  >  Account Settings > Website Payments > Website preferences > Encrypted website payments > Block non-encrypted website payment >> select “Off”.  Once the above settings is turn "off", you should no longer receive the error message.   If your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US with the detail information and error details.   Sincerely, Chiranjeevi PayPal/Braintree MTS   If this post or any other was helpful, please enrich the community by giving kudos or accepting it as a solution. ...
