I opened a dispute on 4/14/20 due to items not received. The seller still hasn't responded and I can't seem to find a "escalate to claim" button on the dispute page. I tried contacting customer service but they're closed due to Covid-19. Does anyone else have the same problem? Does dispute close after 20 days or do I get refunded if seller doesn't respond? Because I can't seem to do anything at the moment.
