I have tried getting a refund of $194.99 that theminstore.com robbed me of through PayPal on 3/9/2020. I contacted PayPal within an hour of the transaction to cancel it as I looked up theminstore.com on-line only to find very bad reviews perpetrated through PayPal. A PayPal employee(Diego, Employee#167361) assured me that the website in question was legitimate and to wait two weeks before filing a complaint as PayPal would withhold the funds for 21 days. Within minutes after the conversation with Diego I received notification from UPS that the item I had ordered just two hours prior had been delivered to my home. It had not, and could not have as it was shipped from Viet Nam. I called back to PayPal and spoke to another employee named Kimberly. She said that I could get my money refunded within 60 days of the transaction and not to worry, PayPal would be in contact with me. I logged in at the time as a guest as I could not find my password. I have followed up on three occasions on PayPals on-line site as there is no one available to speak with due to Covid19. I have tried PayPals contact number every week since my last two conversations. I am tired of not getting a reply from PayPal and am angry that PayPal would allow a company as fraudulent and unscrupulous as theminstore.com to do business and rob people their hard earned money. If I do not receive a reply within the next 10 days I will take my complaint to The Federal Trade Commission. I have viewed blogs on-line of people who have identical issues with theminstore.com operating through PayPal with the same outcome. I will not allow this fraud to rob me and get away with it. I will not let this go. I will tell anyone and everyone about PayPals not taking care of business. Right is right, and this isn't right. I really hope PayPal will simplify this wrong.
