I have been with PayPal since 2003 and never had this much trouble until now!!! I can't send payments with either of my cards that I have linked to my PayPal account! I can use my cards at stores with no issues, but when I try to pay 2 different sellers, both cards are declined! It's so frustrating! I called both cards customer services, they said there's no issues with either cards and that it must be on PayPal's end. My cards have been verified, my cell number has been verified as well as my email. I don't have a bank account and I never will, so I cannot verify my address to make my account verified again! I also have a PayPal Business Debit Card as well! This is beyond ridiculous because I've had my account with PayPal since 2003!!!! It was verified, but since I moved, it's now unverified!!! I also am waiting on a refund from PayPal (I canceled a payment) and PayPal said it was refunded to both my PayPal balance and to my card, and that the refund is completed. But I don't see either refund in my PayPal balance or on my card. Please straighten this mess up, PayPal! Otherwise, I'm closing my account once I get my refund and finish paying for my purchases!!!
