I recently booked tickets to a show buffalo bills in Disneyland Paris but it was cancelled , so DLP said they issued a refund on the 23rd march so i kept checking paypal no refund so opened a dispute with paypal but did not respond the them within the 3 day period so they closed the case (still no refund) been in touch with DLP various amount of times and they promised that a full refund was put back in to my paypal account , so got back in touch with paypal and they said because i did note respond within the 3 day period case closed its you own fault ( his words ) so has paypal kept that money? where do i go from here i would really appreciate your help😊
