Hi Paypal community, I'm having difficulty trying to access my account and I can't reset my password and we can't call Paypal at the moment. These are the messages that I get. Step 1 - I try to log in with the correct username and password and then get this message below. Step 2 "PayPal is looking out for you / "We noticed some unusual activity and need help securing your account. Click Next to confirm your identity and change your password"" then I click on 'NEXT" Step 3 - "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you / Need help? We can help" Step 4 - When I click on the "need help" it brings me to this community. I have tried to click "forget password" but then I also get this message "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you / Need help? We can help" I have also tried restarting my internet connection and tried again after a few days. I have also waited 5 days and then tried to log in or reset my password as other people have suggested but still the same problem. I have no idea what to do anymore 😞 Thank you in advance for any help!
