Yes, my account is now fully restored. I think theres no other solution but to comply to their requirements if you are using a business account. I think a personal account is more suitable to use if you are a freelancer, just my opinion. 🙂 Better ask Paypal if you can dowgrade your account to a personal one.

I am operating a small online business (services), I am also a sole proprietor and in my country (Philippines) this requires no documentation or registration. My account was recently limited because I was not able to provide a proof of business registration. I have a business website and have provided the invoice from my domain provider but it was rejected. Kindly let me know if what other document can I submit to fulfill this requirement? Thanks

Hi, I am also experiencing this issue! I have provided my proof like 2-3 months ago but last week they proceeded on limiting my account. I guess they locked out our account without reviewing the proofs we have submitted. I've keep sending several messages also but no response from their side.
