Hello,
I think I found a website error. I submitted my Drivers license. No problem, it says completed. I then submitted my Fedex tracking # for "Provide proof of fulfillment", but now 3 days passed and there is no pending notification or green check mark. It still just says Resolve next to it and "Please check your information again or provide more details." underneath?
Every time I click resolve it says,
"Provide proof of fulfillment We can't find any recent orders. Please contact Customer Support at and reference number (Number)."
All I can do is click Cancel after this. If I click done, nothing happens. This is a loop that will not let me get this limitation resolved!
I contacted customer service, and they just told me just to wait for 48-72 hours and that all my information has been submitted. I have already waited 72 hours.
I am very frustrated right now as I need to send money.
I would love some sort of solution to this issue.
