I bought a necklace that I thought was real, it came in and it was fake. PayPal denied my case, the phone lines are down, I had to go on TWITTER and DM PayPal, they gave me steps on how to Appeal a case, problem is, I do not have the button to Appeal a case under the Actions column. It only brings me to the page with the history of the case, and that the case was not ruled in my favor. I sent screenshots to the PayPal rep on Twitter and they said they will get someone from PayPal to communicate with me, but all I've been receiving is "sorry that you did not like our decision, it is difficult to make everybody happy" in the PayPal message center. Nobody is of help, I need someone from PayPal to call me since all their lines are down. No it has not been 10 days since the decision of the case, it hasn't even been 48 hours yet. Please help
