I have the same issue, item has been delivered for three days now. Paypal customer service ( Via email only) has given me the run around & will not release the fund! The agent emailed me & said: " I can see & confirm the item has been delivered, so you should have had your money by now"! & yet money is still on hold. I emailed back to ask then why payment is still on hold? Another agent basically sent me a letter explaining why paypal puts money on hold!!!!! I mean for Crying out loud..... people , do you even follow your own policies? Do you read emails or you only answer whatever comes to your mind? She keeps repeating: Don't worry this money is yours, but you need to prove that its been delivered & we will release in 24 hrs !!!!???? the irony of it is that in my original email I have included, the transaction number, the tracking number via UPS & the date the item has been delivered (ie; 72 hrs ago)! & yet money is pending on hold! This is un acceptable!
