Hello, So I got really insecure from this seller to claim to be David <removed> on BUMP. Bump is a worldwide marketplace where you can sell your clothes, shoes and accessories. October 6th I bought these Dior B23 High-Top Oblique sneaker. We had a chat and he told me they are legit and he had the receipt and everything that comes along with the shoebox. I wanted some more pictures to identify the shoes closely. But for some strange reason he couldn't send it in the bump chat. I tried aswell but got a error. So we continued the chat on Instagram with picture evidence. Several weeks later when I got the shoes I noticed that:
I never recieved the receipt.
The reference code on the receipt and the show box doesen't match.
The print on the shoebox looks shady (Nothing similar to the ones people unbox on YouTube and claim to be legit).
The Certificate card has no description.
He explained that he got the shoes from London. When the receipt says its bought in Monaco.
He claimed these shoes to be 50 first exclusive pairs to drop out that's the reason why the one he sold have a black Dior logo and on the website they are white on the side of the shoes.
I cannot find any information about that. And if you look closely on the receipt it says he bought them 02 July 2019. Dior B23 High "Dior Oblique" shoe which debuted at Paris Fashion Week in December 2018. People are aswell posting videos of them in January on YouTube.
I have tried to send a support ticket and reach out to moderators on Bump, and explained them the situation. Couple of weeks later I got verified that these shoes are fake. The shoes are not listed as described, and I would like to get a refund for it.
What should I do? I have sent a ticket on the Resolution center "The item are not listed as described", and also a request for money back but I highly doubt he would refund it. Any solutions?
Thank you in advance
