Hello @crickb88. Looks like that payment was made via our Hosted Sole Solution. Nevertheless, it has not remained registered in your PayPal account because it was not identified by your email address and corresponding password before the payment was completed. The next time you make a payment, we recommend you enter your email address and PayPal password by simply clicking Pay with PayPal. This way, your payments remain registered on your PayPal account and you can check your transactions under Activity. The best way to resolve an issue with a payment is to communicate directly with your seller. Most sellers welcome the opportunity to work out problems and provide good customer service.
