Hello @Sh645, PayPal as a business is entitled to review the services it offers and take the decision whether an account on its system is deemed risky or not. PayPal can use commercial judgement to decide what factors to consider when making that decision and it does not need to make these public because it would potentially open up routes for somebody to circumvent its system. PayPal is therefore not required to communicate in depth information relating to our security review of your account. We regret that we are not in a position to provide the specific details of our internal investigation that lead us to a decision to end our business relationship with you.
