On Feb. 25,2020 I ordered a Milwaukee rolling packout kit for$82.87. I paid via PayPal. I received a PP receipt, but not one from seller. In late March I had not received the package. I emailed the seller. After receiving no response, I filed a resolution complaint with PayPal. Resolution # PP-D59558675. (around April 2nd). Yesterday I received a palm size package. It contained a plastic child's bracelet. (I might add, the package had a Customs Declaration of $5.00 value, not the $82.87 value of my purchase). I checked the resolution center and found that the seller had provided a tracking number. It matched the tracking number on the package containing the bracelet. I then checked my email and found that Paypal had denied my claim, citing that the seller had provided a tracking number. I tried to contact Paypal to explain that the seller is being dishonest. I keep being referred to file a claim at the resolution center. This customer is trying to defraud me (and has comitted Customs and Mail Fraud) and PayPal is enabling him!
