Running a client's card in the virtual terminal, I am met with this error message: " Gateway decline: The card is restricted. Contact PayPal Customer Service. " according to this page, looks like it could be one of two errors: 10534 Gateway decline The card is restricted. Contact PayPal Customer Service. Contact PayPal Customer Service for more information. 10541 Gateway decline The card is restricted. Contact PayPal Customer Service. Contact PayPal Customer Service for more information. I wish the error code gave me more information because it says to contact paypal support but support is typically unresponsive. I've even received messages in chat such as "support is only available 9am - 6pm ET M-F. Message us within normal business hours." while I'm messaging them during...wait for it...normal business hours. The only reason I'm posting for help here is because the error tells me to "contact Paypal support". Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!
