After a month, I filed a dispute thru the Resolution Center that item had not been received. One week later, item arrived and PayPal denied my claim. HOWEVER, item from Vango Group in China was NOT what was advertised. Bait and switch. Now, I cannot re-open that claim and tried nine times to Report problem via messed up Resolultion Center, chat, etc. I want a refund. Is anyone at home at PayPal? This is beyond frustrating.
