I'm really just fuming with Paypal here. I had a buyer not want an item on eBay, I rejected the return which was within my rights as I put no returns. He then opened up a Paypal claim, claiming the item wasn't as described. He gave no info. We then had to wait for him to provide additional info. He didn't do so, I got an email on April 1st saying the matter was closed. Suddenly yesterday, not only do I get an email saying that they've found in his favour, but I also get told he's been refunded as the item's been returned. I look at the Tracking ID, it's something that the buyer has signed for himself! I've been absolutely conned here and Paypal's pure lazyness has allowed it to happen. Any ideas what I can do? The call centre's closed and it seems like every other form of contact just results in an automated response.
