Hi all, So basically, my account has been locked, and requires me to verify my identity via my mobile number. Unfortunately, the mobile number is no longer in use and I have changed my number since. In light of this oversight, I've been trying to find ways to contact PayPal, but all their lines are closed due to the COVID-19 situation, and I can't send a message to them either, as it just leads me to a page that requests me to call them via phone. Would anyone be able to assist me on this please? As I really quite urgently need access to my account ASAP - and even if I were to create a new account - my bank card is still linked to that account unfortunately, and I can't link one bank card to two different accounts.
