I have had a personal Paypal account for a long time. Apparently after a credit card expired, I entered a number incorrectly and only discovered when a sale was rejected. When I logged in to correct the error, the Paypal insists on answers to questions about my business, which I don't have. I tried logging in with a different browser and it goes right back to "tell us about your business". I can't even go to settings to delete the account and start over.
