I am trying to make transactions (purchases and send money) with my PayPal account and I'm recieving a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you." I've tried calling tech-support numerous times to find out that due to COVID-19 no one is on the support lines. Although, how am I supposed to send money and make transactions within my business if no one is answering the support lines? And the stupid system can't confirm it me. Like what am I to do? PLEASE HELP!
