PayPal system the worst I've ever encountered!! I've tried to go back and make dispute, but since the case was closed in the sellers favor, PayPal system says : "Sorry, you can't report this type of issue for the selected transaction." The automated chat message system doesn't understand what I write. The resolution Center doesn't allow me to escalate or appeal to the transaction number. I will write a dispute letter to their legal department in California. I will cite to PayPal for their negligence in not verifying the sellers proof via a FALSE tracking number. Just because a tracking number shows the same town and state does not mean it went to the buyers name, street address. PayPal accepted the FALSE tracking number, closed out the case without verifying the tracking number correctly. A tracking number that indicates only the town and state, but not the street number and street name , is of no value, and not PROOF of delivery. I could find a tracking number for a package delivered to New York City, NY. But NYC has 8.6 million people! Unfortunately I am awaiting delivery of an item my wife ordered and paid with PayPal. Once that item arrives I will go ahead and CANCEL my PayPal account. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company and they are standing behind me. They are giving me permanent credit for the amount. The issue for me is I don't want that SOB fraud of a seller to profit and get paid on this transaction! 0 Kudos
