Honestly I suggest anyone who still has a chance to remove bank/cards from the PP account, until they solve all the recent issues we been having this month. Their support hasn't responded to anyone in over 6 months as well, which doesn't look well. I too have had issues with Paypal trying to charge me twice for a purchase, thankfully my bank was ready for this and denied the multiple queries (only allowing one as it should). That didn't stop my account from being in the negative balance, over a week so far the account is still negative and no response from PayPal.
