Hi, I received a parcel which contained several damaged items I took advice from Paypal to open a dispute, (they said they had sent steps to do this but they hadn't so I went it about it myself. Unfortunately, I opened the case in error as NOT received, I've realised my error and now changed it and it's gone straight to a claim (I am requesting a partial refund). Will this error go against me?? I've tried to contact Paypal to explain but because there are limited agents due to the corona virus I cant do so. Please help, I've never opened a case before and am worried.
