Today I received a notification that my account needs to be validated. I'm not able to perform any transactions until I resolve it. I was able to confirm my indentity just fine but after that it asks to associate a bank account (which I already had ...) So I have to associate another bank account(?). Anyway when inputing the IBAN it just gives an error out stating: "We cannot complete the request at the moment. Please try again later" (Translated from PT) Can I please use my account? Since 2012 I never had any issues...
