I have 2 open cases under review by PayPal (for many weeks now), in both cases the customers have received their orders in the meantime (weeks ago as well). In one case the "estimated case resolution" has been postponed twice already without explanation. In the other case NO "estimated case resolution" is displayed at all (being under review for over 2 months now). Questions: How can I A) add information (new evidence) to help solving these cases? B) speed up the reviewing process?

I need to talk / chat to a customer support agent, the issue I have can not be resolved otherwise. I'm trying to "contact" PayPal for about 2 weeks, mornings, noon, afternoons, evenings - I always only get this text: " I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment. Please try again later or browse the PayPal Help Centre for answers to frequently asked questions." I wish PayPal would still use emails for contact. I don't mind waiting a couple of days for an answer. But this new chat just doesn't seem to work at all. Are there certain times when it is more likely to get help (being connected to an agent)? Are there any other possibilities to contact PayPal? I wonder how many people have the same problem and are more than unsatisfied with this new "customer service".
