Thank you for looking, as I am stumped and I don't think there is going to be an option for me. I recently shipped an item to Canada to a customer. I ship this same item about 2 or 3 times a day, 10% of them being international or Canada. I never really have too much of a problem, except this time. I shipped this same day the customer ordered. The packages are 1.8oz so I do First Class International, with a customs form. This time though, Customs kept the package for almost 3 weeks, and when they finally released it to be sent the rest of the way to the Client, they received it and it was severely damaged and not working. Now, this item does not cost me much so I am just going to send them another one and have them keep the broken one at my expense, obviously. This time, just to avoid this eBay customer thinking I am a horrible seller, I would like to get some sort of tracking on the package, just to make sure the client is satisfied and can keep track of their item. The only way I know right now is Priority Mail International, because it includes tracking through paypal. This way to ship, however, even with a discount, is $19.00. I am not spending that much to ship a 2oz item. So, basically, Is there an option for me? If so, just let me know how to do it. But, as I fear, if there is not another option, then I will just ship First Class again, and take pictures of the package and label and what-not so the Client is sure I am sending out on the said date. Thanks. NeroFMX Gaming and Electronics.
