Hello. I’m hoping someone can help to direct me. In February, I ordered 3 items online using paypal for payment. The items never shipped (a piece of jewelry, a rolling cart, a mini heat press). I sent several inquiries to them on their site requesting a status to which I received no responses. I sent several emails to them requesting a status to which I received no response. Within a few days after sending the last email, their website is gone... no longer exists. I sent a dispute about it through paypal. Before I got a reply back, a tiny strange envelope arrived in my mailbox... about 4”x6”. It contained a sheet of gold, silver, green, etc. stickers. It was really odd and I immediately suspected it’s related to my claim. I checked the return address.... the address belongs to an Amazon warehouse in Washington. The postmark on the envelope is Los Angeles. Fast forward... I get a response from Paypal that my claim is denied because the seller provided tracking information. And the case is closed. No where did Paypal provide any more information.... no tracking has ever been provided to me even after I provided them with great detail & dates regarding my order. No matter how I try to contact Paypal, they’re rejecting my ability to engage in a dialogue about this order. Every time I try to connect online about it, they shut me down because the claim has been closed. Their CS line is shutdown for COVID (which I understand) but I’m at a loss as to what to do. Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to proceed? I’d greatly appreciate input. Thanks!
