The above case was close by Paypal without any avenue for further investigation and or appeal, I then took my case to UPS direct haven't being denied claims by Paypal without investigating UPS, With the information update from the claims department of UPS on shipment 1Z6026550350527517 they UPS have track the delivery to a Piano Supply Company at <removed> Now there is no way to to update Paypal on my claim that I did not received the $100.40 package How can I get help and my refund from Paypal insurance protection
