Hello, I'm unable to reach PayPal customer support due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. That's why I'm posting in the online community instead. I recently created a new PayPal account since my old one is negative and currently in a collections agency. My PayPal business debit card is still linked to the old account which I'm no longer able to access since it's under lockdown. I urgently need access to my PayPal debit card since I'm living in a foreign country during the Coronavirus outbreak! Is it still possible to unlink my debit card from the old account and link it to the existing one? Thank you, Mike Holp
