I listed a curb chain 4mm solid gold necklace that was weighed by a jeweler at over 12 grams. It was listed Auction style with No Return policy. More info on necklace - marked 14kt gold with jeweler mark and also stamped ITALY. Ebay buyer won it for just $260 free priority shipping. Paypal status of funds is pending , minus their fee of course and I can't touch the money until she gives me good feedback. Tracking showed she received the necklace two days ago and I emailed her asking for feedback. This is the message I get from her. " Hi, actual gram weight: 7.4 grams. Listed weight: 13 grams. Difference in value is $115, I can return for full refund, or I'm open to a partial refund of $115 & I keep. Let me know, thanks" What do I do to ensure she doesn't take me for the money and the necklace? thanks for any help.
