Yesterday my PayPal cash card kept getting declined. I was traveling, so I assume that there was some kind of security flag. I tried to call them and realized that they have no one available over the phone. So I tried the message center (which took them until this morning to get back to me) and they said that I need to contact my issuer? I asked him who this was, and could not get an answer. They ultimately said they could not help me. I understand the crisis going on, but we’re talking about peoples money here. Which we obviously need access to now more than ever. This is unbelievably inexcusable. Companies are open all over the place. Food delivery, takeout, banks, and yet I can’t speak to an actual person from PayPal to take care of my issue to gain access to money that is mine during this crisis. Absolutely inexcusable.
