I had a customer in italy, they purchased from me. I posted the item, provided tracking. Deliveries are being slow due to CORONA. Buyer opened a dispute and I replied with all tracking information as well as indicating to the buyer why there is a delay on his package, baring in mind he lives in one of the countries which was affected most. Today PayPal have decided the claim in favour of the buyer and refunded him, even though the item is still in transit and the tracking information is attached to the case I've appealed but If PayPal are doing this on all disputes, I'm well and truly **bleep**.
