Previously, I was able to access the developer portal using my business email. After deleting the old API and Authorize API on sandbox and Live, the portal asked me to add my email address and all details, including my Social Security number. I thought PayPal was case-sensitive, but instead, it created a second account under sandbox.paypal.com. It took me a couple of attempts to close and delete it. Finally, it said 'account not found. 1. Now, I am unable to access my developer profile and constantly getting different errors. I have to manually log out and log in to the developer dashboard. Sometimes, my profile shows one API, but when I manually log in to the developer profile, it shows another API. The developer profile shows an API with 'Advance Card' and 'Debit' greyed out, but at the same time, it shows I am approved. 2. Currently, I am unable to create or use the API. Could you please look into it from your side, as I feel there is some glitch or bug in the system? I have added pictures of this. 3. My profile constantly prompts me each day to verify my email address, bank account, and Social Security number, which clearly shows something is wrong. I have added pictures of this. 4. I notice my profile is going very slow and many times errors out or ask me to log back in. This issue is happening with Firefox, chrome and IE. I have tried clearing cache but issue still exist. 5. My developer even after giving him access to my profile for API, he not able to access or work from his side. 6. PayPal customer service says they see two accounts, one which is fully verified and confirmed, and one that is not. Customer service asked me to reach out to technical support. I am not sure if my profile needs to be reset. Please check from your side. Issue with Prod and Sandbox. Thanks 5. I also notice my profile is freezing and then says bad gateway 502, sometimes 503 and other errors. 6. I put a PayPal ticket in and spoke with customer service. Everyone giving different answers. 1 say it look like i have 2 profile another says your profile is not fully verified, while another says profile is confirmed and verified and don't see an issue. I have pretty much tried everything, clearing my cache, trying different browsers. Nothing helps. 7. Right now I tried uploading photos and it gave me error unable to upload photo, please wait 24hrs. So i added to google drive - Screenshot Anybody have an idea what could be causing this?
