I just wanted to apologize that you have to wait until your case is resolved before a refund is initiated. However, it really is good to know that you already have this e-receipt for the delivery service. As we ultimately rely on the tracking number, rest assured that once our back office reviews your claim and that the status of the tracking shows "Delivered" to the correct return shipping address then your claim will surely be closed in your favor to get your money back.
