I think you have to validate your new account. When you set it up, PayPal would have made 2 small deposits to your bank (and then withdrawn them) and you had to log in to your PayPal account and let them know the amount of those transactions. Once that is done, your account is validated. If that's not it, make sure you sent it to the correct account. Also, some countries hold payments for a long time before they clear.

Hi...I've turned on Auto Return with an active URL to redirect customers to after they pay for a product on my website, but when I tested the link by purchasing a product, the auto return led to a 404 Error page. If I copy and paste the same URL into a browser (Firefox or Chrome) the page loads fine. I'm not sure why it's not working after a purchase. Does anyone else have this problem? The destination page meets PayPal's requirements. Thanks!
