That's a good question, what could impact that is if the currency rate has changed since you received the payment then you may need to pay more than what you originally received in order to fund the refund. The exception to this is if you process the refund within 1 day of the original transaction, if it is completed within 1 day of the purchase we will use the same exchange rate used when the original payment was sent. For example, if they sent 100 USD, you received 90 EUR but when you refund the payment (after more than 1 day has elapsed) the exchange rate changes so that 100 USD is equal to 92 EUR then you would have to pay that difference to ensure they get the full amount back.
