I had purchased an item from a company I thought was in the USA. Unfortunately, they are in China, which makes things a bit more difficult. They sent me the wrong item, I emailed them several times, got no response and took it to PayPal-- ended up having to escalate the claim. PayPal, so far, has sided with me. I had to pay $33 to ship the item back, $30 of which PayPal is being gracious enough to refund me. Now the "fun" has started. This company is continuously emailing me directly (I've already sent their crappy item back) telling me I can keep it and they'll refund me 10%. I've told them over and over, NO and informed them as many times that it's already been shipped back. So now I'm getting emails saying the package better go to the correct address-- I sent it to the address they gave PayPal-- that I'd better hope it pasts customs, they aren't responsible for tariffs... the list goes on and on. What do I do now? Contact PayPal again and tell them what's going on? Both PayPal and this company have pictures of the package I sent showing the address, the tracking number, the customs forms and receipts. Any suggesstions??? Thank you!
