It’s extremely important to report any suspected instances of fraud as you have done as this supply's us information. I'm sure the seller here didn't in the payment like IPTV for example so if hard to often see what they are selling in such websites until honest people like you report it. Items not received or a potential fraudulent seller are investigated by PayPal.
