Guys they SOLVED IT!! I got 1 final response and switching the language to English worked! Well the money are "on the way to my bank account" so I srsly hope it won't bounce, however NO ERROR appeared so I'm hopeful! Dear Helena Kubalova, Thank you for contacting PayPal. I've just attempted to contact you by call by I had no success. In order to help you with this situation I kindly ask you to Log in to your PayPal account from a computer (not possible from application) and switch the language in the account from Czech to English. After switching the language please the to withdraw again. If after doing that you still have issues to withdraw please reply this email so myself or one of my colleagues can give you a phone call and try to solve the issue.
