I closed my PayPal account a few days ago, I'm having to pre-emptively tighten by belt in anticipation of the effects on my work caused by Covid 19. It now occurs to me that I shouldn't have done this: On 3 March I paid £612 to a business using PayPal (three weeks ago now). I have contacted the business several times and not had a response since. Having closed my account how can I initiate a dispute with PayPal? Help/advice greatly appreciated!
