So I received an inauthentic item from eBay. Long story short, I filed an 'item not as described dispute' and gave extensive evidence that the item I received was counterfeit. Now I get an email telling me I lost the case with the adjudication reason: "valid tracking info provided by the seller" What the hell? Of course the tracking info was valid. The item arrived; that was never in question. The item that arrived was fake. So why did I lose this case? Can someone please explain this to me -- I must be missing something. Thank you!
