I can't find a way to report buyer abuse by a PayPal seller other than submitting a dispute, which I did. I bought items from a PayPal seller and never received an email confirmation of payment, shipping information, no replies to any of my emails to the and my card was processed immediately and withdrawn from my bank account the same day. I created a dispute and even escalated it but I still don't have a refund nor the products I paid for and it's been nearly a month now. Fraudulent Schemers beware, it's now "a crime and punishable by law to exploit the sufferings of US citizens for their own profit...The Department of Justice will be prosecuting fraudulent schemes. (President Trump Corona Virus Task Force press conference). To claim to have and sell online medical products, such as hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes, etc. and not ship these items to the buyer or to hoard and hike up the price to resell is a crime and violates the law as well as violating PayPal policy for sellers to receive payment for items not shipped to the buyer. This happened to me so buy at your own risk. If you don't see medical items in stores, then don't buy it online, even if they're listed as a PayPal seller.
